The Architectural Panel Gate

Designed as a more restrained expression of traditional architectural woodwork, this handcrafted gate uses strong proportion and layered detailing to give a utilitarian entrance the presence of a finished architectural element.

Built by hand from Western Red Cedar, the gate features tongue-and-groove panels framed within profiled surrounds, creating both depth and shadow without relying on ornament. Broad stiles, substantial rails, and black hardware reinforce the gate's weight and performance.
